1. Program Overview
The affiliate program allows approved affiliates to refer users to Capital Guard Pro and earn commissions according to the rate assigned to their account.

Affiliate Terms
Last Updated: July 8, 2026These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the Capital Guard Pro affiliate program.
2. Approval Required
Participation is not automatic. Capital Guard Pro may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate affiliate applications at its discretion.
3. Accurate Information
Affiliates must provide accurate identity, contact, payment, and promotional information.
4. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are earned only from valid referred users who complete qualifying paid subscriptions or approved payments.
5. Recurring Commission Rate
Approved affiliates start with a 40% recurring commission on subscription payments during the first month. To keep the 40% commission for the following month, the affiliate must refer at least one (1) new paying customer during the current month. If no new paying customer is referred during a month, the recurring commission automatically decreases to 15% for the following month. If the affiliate goes two (2) consecutive months without referring a new paying customer, the recurring commission decreases to 10%. The affiliate account remains active, but payout withdrawals are suspended until at least one (1) new paying customer is referred. Once the affiliate refers at least one (1) new paying customer again, the recurring commission automatically returns to 40% starting the next month.
6. Fraud and Abuse
Fake accounts, self-referrals, multiple accounts, trial abuse, misleading promotions, bots, spam, VPN abuse, or any attempt to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.
7. Payout Requests
Affiliates may request payouts only from available approved commission balances. Pending commissions or disputed transactions may not be available for withdrawal.
8. Payment Methods
Payouts may be made using supported methods such as Bitcoin or USDT networks. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses.
9. Rejected Payouts
Capital Guard Pro may reject payout requests that contain incorrect information, suspicious activity, insufficient balance, fraud indicators, or policy violations.
10. Promotional Rules
Affiliates must not make false income claims, guarantee trading profits, impersonate Capital Guard Pro, or present the platform as financial advice.
11. Termination
Capital Guard Pro may terminate affiliate access and withhold unpaid commissions if fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or harmful conduct is detected.
12. Changes
Capital Guard Pro may update affiliate rates, payout rules, eligibility requirements, or these Terms at any time.
