Welcome to Capital Guard Pro. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Capital Guard Pro and all related services. By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Capital Guard Pro is a trading performance, analytics, journaling, and risk management platform. It helps traders organize trading activity, monitor performance, and improve decision-making through statistics and structured trade management. Capital Guard Pro is not a broker, financial institution, investment advisor, signal provider, copy trading service, or guarantee of profits.
Trading financial markets, including Binary Options, Forex, Cryptocurrency, Stocks, Commodities, and other instruments, carries significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Capital Guard Pro cannot predict markets and does not guarantee profitable trades.
You must provide accurate information. Your account is personal and may not be sold, shared, transferred, rented, or used by another person. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
New users may receive a free trial to evaluate the Platform. Each individual is eligible for one free trial only. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is strictly prohibited.
Capital Guard Pro may use device fingerprinting, browser fingerprinting, IP monitoring, device identification, session analysis, and fraud detection systems. VPNs, proxies, spoofing, virtual machines, or similar methods may not be used to bypass trial limits or security protections.
Premium features require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions become active once payment is processed. Accepted payment methods may include cards, cryptocurrency, or other methods added over time.
Because Capital Guard Pro provides a free trial before purchase, subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use Capital Guard Pro for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer or copy the software, upload malicious content, interfere with security, or abuse promotional offers, referral programs, or free trials.
All software, source code, branding, logos, graphics, educational materials, dashboards, designs, and content remain the property of Capital Guard Pro or its licensors.
All information, statistics, calculators, educational materials, analytics, and risk management tools are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Capital Guard Pro does not guarantee winning trades, increased profitability, reduced losses, improved performance, or successful risk management.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Guard Pro and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates are not liable for losses arising from trading decisions, market volatility, broker issues, technical interruptions, internet failures, loss of data, or loss of profits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or conduct that threatens the integrity or security of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when published. Continued use of Capital Guard Pro means you accept the revised Terms.
